Do you accept returns?
Yes — unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the item back.
What if my item arrives broken?
In the rare case of damage during shipping, please send us photos right away. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged in transit), we cover the cost. For other returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are possible depending on availability. Please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
