Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your piece may already be packed and shipped.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Yes — every order can be prepared as a gift. We provide beautiful printed A6 cards, and if you wish, we can print your custom message on the card. Just leave your note at checkout, and we’ll include it inside the package with care.
Can I order a custom piece?
Sometimes! For special requests (like personalized painting or custom sizes), please contact us before ordering to discuss availability.
